Industrijska oprema is proud to announce that our forklift service has been certified for the territory of Serbia under the Toyota ASEC programme.

ASEC (Aftersales Service Evaluation and Certification) certification guarantees an exceptionally high quality of service from Toyota forklift dealers and distributors worldwide. The certificate is recognition of the dedicated work and persistence of the Industrijska oprema service team.

The programme covers staff and organisation, employee training, environmental protection, safety, facilities, service vehicles and tools, service procedures, customer satisfaction and spare parts management.
